S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Delhi-IV, Faridabad to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of-

(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs or Joint Commissioner of Customs Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;

(ii) the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Ghaziabad

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Garg Impex, Khasra No. 152, Rithala (Rohini), Delhi and others, issued vide DRI F.No. 50D/31/2009-CI dated the 28^th April, 2010 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi (HQ) Unit, New Delhi.
