Pooja Bansal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She qualified as an associate member of the Institute in May 2006. Certifications: Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, United States. Certified Financial Manager from Centre for Financial Management, Bangalore. Achievements: Awarded by Delhi Government with Eminent Women Entrepreneur Award in Finance Field by Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Mr. Manish Sisodia, in year 2016. First Lady being elected as Vice-Chairperson (Year 2016-17) of the Northern India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since the formation of Regional Council. Experience: Worked with largest private sector bank i.e. ICICI Bank for 5 years in the role of a Branch Operations Manager. Worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank for almost.

CA. Mohit Bansal Saawariya (Partner) B.COM (H), F.C.A, C.F.P, D.I.S.A, C.C.A

Mohit Bansal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He qualified as an associate member of the Institute in November 2007. Certifications: Qualified the Information Systems Audit course conducted by the ICAI in 2009. Certified Financial Planner from Financial Planning Standards Board, India in 2010. Obtained the charter of being Certified Concurrent Auditor from ICAI in 2013. Experience: Started his own Practice in year 2008 and has over 9 years of professional experience in various areas of financial services. His main areas of expertise include: Tax management Consultancy (Both Direct & Indirect), Financial Analysis & Review, Project Analysis & Company Law Matters.

CA. Parminder Singh (Partner) B.COM (H), F.C.A

Parminder Singh is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He qualified as an associate member of the Institute in May 1996. Experience: Worked in manufacturing industry for a span of 15 years i.e. from 1996 to 2011. Thereafter, started working for the audits of manufacturing units. His main areas of expertise include: Auditing of manufacturing units & Project Management.

Arjun Khanna is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He qualified as an associate member of the Institute in November 2006. Experience: Worked with Bharat Forge and has experience in manufacturing industry from 2006 to 2009. Thereafter, started working for corporate sector as a consultant. His main areas of expertise include: Corporate consultancy & Financial Planning.

Divya Bansal is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She qualified as an associate member of the Institute in May 2016. Certifications: Completed Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection conducted by ICAI in December 2016. Pursuing post qualification course of Diploma in Information Systems Audit conducted by ICAI. Experience: Worked with S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP.
