S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-
i. the Commissioner of Customs, Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai; and
ii. the Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Custom House, Near Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Star Entertainment Private Limited, 21-B, 2nd Floor, Film Centre, 68, Tardeo Road, Mumbai – 400 018 and another, issued vide, F.No. DRI/MZU/E/43/2007 dated 6th April, 2009, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
