SUB: Scheme For Summary Disposal Of Pending Appeal Cases

A scheme for summary disposal of pending appeal cases was introduced vide Circular No. 4 dated 05.07.2007 wherein the period of scheme was from 15.07.2007 to 30.09.2007. Considering the positive response to this scheme and in order to dispose of more appeals, it has been decided to extend the date for the said scheme till 31.12.2007. As such, all the eligible dealers can apply for availing this facility of '

for Disposal of Pending Appeals' up to 31.12.2007. Other conditions of the scheme shall remain same.

This issues with prior approval of the Commissioner, Value Added Tax.
