S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Navrangpur, Ahmadabad to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) The Additional /Joint Commissioner of Customs , Custom House, Navrangpur, Ahmedabad;
(ii) The Additional /Joint Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tal: Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra- 400707,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to (i) M/s High Tech Garment Private Limited, Block No. 209-11, Village-Siyalaj, Taluka-Mangrol, Disrict-Surat; (ii) M/s High Tech FablonPrivate Limited, Block No. 463, 464 Village-Panjaeoli,Taluka-Hansot, Disrict-Bharuch; (iii) M/s High Tech Filatex Private Limited, Block No.464 Village-Panjaeoli,Taluka-Hansot, Disrict-Bharuch; and (iv) M/s High Tech Filatex Private Limited, Block No.465 Village-Panjaeoli,Taluka-Hansot, Disrict-Bharuch and others issued vide, DRI F.No/AZU/INV-28/2012 dated the 27th February, 2013 by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit Ahmedabad.
