ORDER
In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.DRI/MZU/D/INV-05(II)/2008-2009 dated 01.08.2011 issued by Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai in the case of M/s SNS Enterprises, Mumbai and others, to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai, for the purpose of adjudication, who was earlier assigned vide ORDER F.No.437/72/2010-Cus.IV dated 20.12.2010, in the Show Cause Notice F.No.DRI/MZU/D/INV-05/2008-2009 dated 09.01.2009 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai in the case of M/s SNS Enterprises, Mumbai and others.
