65. The report of Audit under section 61.

The report of audit under section 61 shall be in Form 704.

(In the above rule 65,the 2^nd line of para is added at the end, and amended rule 65 is as under, as per Notification No. VAT-1507/CR-17/Taxation-1 Dt. 31 October 2007)

65. The report of Audit under section 61.-The report of audit under section 61 shall be in Form 704. The dealer shall, in addition to the report of audit shall also file an electronically readable CD-ROM by downloading the Form 704 from the website www.mahavat.gov.in."
