Maharashtra Value Added Tax Rules
1. Short Title
(1) These rules may be called the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Rules, 2005.
These rules may be called the Maharashtra Value Added Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2006. (Amended as per Notification
No. VAT-1506/CR-26/Taxation-1 Dt. 4th march 2006.)
(In place of above rule (1) Following Rule (1) is amended by Notification No. STR-1506/CR-38/Taxation-1 Dt.08.09.2006)
(1) These rules may be called the Maharashtra Value Added Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2007.
(In place of above rule (1) Following Rule (1) is amended as per Notification No. VAT-1507/CR-17/Taxation-1 Dt. 31 October 2007)
(1) These rules may be called the Maharashtra Value Added Tax (2nd Amendment) Rules, 2009. (2) They shall come into effect from the 1st July, 2009. |
