44. Foreign limited liability partnerships (1) A foreign limited liability partnership shall not carry on business in Malaysia unless it is registered as a foreign limited liability partnership under this Act. (2) A foreign limited liability partnership shall not be regarded as carrying on business in Malaysia for the reason only that within Malaysia it carries on activities as specified in the Third schedule.
